Jex Performance relocated to the beautiful Bear Lake Valley of Southern Idaho from Kirkland, WA in 1998. Located in Bloomington, a town of just 200, the company enjoys some of the most beautiful outdoors in the entire lower 48 states. Deer, Moose, Elk and many other forms of wildlife walk past the windows of our office. Bloomington is a perfect environment for our talented and creative staff - we're just under two hours from Yellowstone National Park and Salt Lake City, Utah.

HISTORY
After working with Mrs. Fields Cookies to develop state-of-the-art management reporting and performance measurement tools, Jex Performance founder Michael L. Jex started developing custom software and technology software and systems for companies all over the world. Past Projects have included Geodemographic Market Analysis, Site Selection, Sales Potential, and Rapid Performance Measurement programs, tools for the banking industry, travel and cruise management programs, and a performance measurement application that is used worldwide by Starbucks Coffee and others.

Strategic Planning business development opportunities soon followed, where Mike worked with companies that include Shell, Gaines Pet Foods, Winchell's, Mariott Corporation, Pepsico, Starbucks Coffiee, US Bank, Nordstrom, Eddie Bauer, FastNews Networks, NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) and more. Jex Performance also has international experience, having worked with many organizations in Canada, Japan, Mexico, The UK and Scotland.
